The Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) offers what’s called the Waiver Program. This program helps individuals with developmental disabilities get the support they need to live safely, happily, and more independently at home and in the community — instead of in a facility.
The APD Waiver is all about supporting dignity, independence, and quality of life. If you or a loved one qualifies, you can receive the right help to stay connected, safe, and thriving in the community.
